Please include: your Confluence site address, what you expected, what happened, and the space key or the template’s name if it’s about one. Screenshots help. Please don’t send people’s names or email addresses unless we need them.
How fast we answer
| Issue | First reply |

| Critical — content was lost, someone can see something they shouldn’t, or a security issue | Within 24 hours, any day |
| Everything else — questions, bugs, feature ideas | Within 5 business days |
A security report is always treated as critical. Email it with “Security” in the subject.
Business days are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm US Central Time, except US public holidays.
Something going wrong right now?
Don’t wait for us. A Confluence admin can turn on Pause every new creation on the Templates tab. Nothing new starts, and creations already running wait until the pause is turned off. Undo still works.
